I am proud to have have been a Celebrant with The Caledonian Humanist Association for several years now.  Just like my colleagues, I come from a  varied working background, including hospitality, administration, and elderly care.   I have always been at the "front-line" of customer service, and my career as a Celebrant is no different.   

Human life is marked by many monumental events. Some of those such as weddings or naming ceremonies are joyful whilst others, such as marking the loss of someone dearly beloved are deeply sorrowful. 

I never cease to feel honoured to have the opportunity to share in some small way, the journey with those I work with by creating a fitting, respectful and dignified ceremony during lifes most challenging times.
